Un Restaurant Gastronomique, un Bar \u00e0 Vins, un Caveau de vente, 2 suites s\u2019int\u00e8grent sur le site du Ch\u00e2teau Paul Mas.<br \/>\nL\u2019\u00e9quipe da la partie Gastronomique et Bar \u00e0 vin se compose de 12 personnes.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Votre profil :<\/span><br \/>\nAllure, distinction et ma\u00eetrise parfaite des codes de la relation avec les clients.<br \/>\nConnaissances approfondies des r\u00e8gles et des techniques du service.<br \/>\nSavoir manager une \u00e9quipe.<br \/>\nSavoir parler l\u2019Anglais.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Vos taches :<\/span><br \/>\nLe chef de rang doit veiller au bon d\u00e9roulement du service sur l\u2019ensemble de ces tables.<br \/>\nSous l\u2019autorit\u00e9 du responsable de salle et apr\u00e8s la prise de commande faite par ce dernier, le chef de rang fait le service \u00e0 table et d\u00e9barrasse aid\u00e9 par des commis.<br \/>\nLors de la mise en place des tables, il v\u00e9rifie que rien ne manque ; au moment du service, il doit parfaitement bien conna\u00eetre la carte et les plats pour \u00eatre en mesure de r\u00e9pondre aux questions des clients, conna\u00eetre, ma\u00eetriser toutes les techniques de pr\u00e9sentation et de d\u00e9coupage, voire de flambage. \u00c0 la fin du repas, il s&#8217;assure de la satisfaction des clients et effectue l&#8217;addition.<\/p>\n<p>Poste \u00e9volutif vers le statut de Ma\u00eetre d&#8217;H\u00f4tel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Merci de postuler en envoyant votre CV \u00e0 <a href=\"mailto:info@cote-mas.fr\">info@cote-mas.fr<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Cot\u00e9 Mas est un ensemble d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la gastronomie, aux vins, aux produits du terroir, \u00e0 l\u2019art et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quitation sur la commune de Montagnac dans l\u2019H\u00e9rault (35 Km de Montpellier, 10 Km de P\u00e9zenas) en Languedoc.
